Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken thighs boneless
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt

Instructions
 

Prepare the Marinade

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, spices, lemon juice, and yogurt. Stir well until smooth. This mixture will give rich flavor and tender texture to the chicken.

Marinate the Chicken

  • Add chicken thighs to the marinade. Coat each piece well. Cover and let it rest for at least 1 hour. Overnight marination gives even better taste.

Preheat the Oven

  • Set your oven to 200°C (400°F). Let it heat fully before placing the chicken inside. This helps cook evenly and creates a nice golden color.

Arrange the Chicken

  • Place marinated chicken on a baking tray. Spread pieces evenly so they cook properly. Do not overcrowd the tray.

Bake the Chicken

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until chicken is fully cooked. It should be golden outside and juicy inside. Turn once during cooking for even browning.

Rest and Slice

  • Take chicken out and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice into thin strips for serving. This keeps the juices inside.
