  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Clean and Prepare Brussels Sprouts

  • Wash Brussels sprouts under clean water. Pat them dry with a towel. Cut off the hard stem ends. Slice each sprout in half for even cooking and better crispiness in the oven.

Season the Sprouts

  • Place Brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until every sprout is coated evenly. This helps them roast properly and become crispy.

Arrange on Baking Tray

  • Preheat oven to 200°C. Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking tray in a single layer. Make sure they are not crowded. This helps them roast instead of steaming.

Roast Until Crispy

  • Bake for about 20–25 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking for even browning. The edges should turn golden and crispy. The inside should remain soft and tender.

Prepare the Sauce

  • In a small pan, mix honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, and garlic. Heat for a few minutes until slightly thick. This sauce gives the dish its signature sweet and spicy flavor.

Toss and Coat

  • Remove roasted sprouts from oven. Place them in a bowl. Pour warm sauce over them. Toss gently until fully coated and shiny. Add Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
