Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 300 g ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

Prepare the Beef

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Stir often to break meat into small pieces.

Add Seasoning

  • Add taco seasoning to cooked beef. Mix well so spices coat evenly. Cook for two more minutes for full flavor.

Warm Tortillas

  • Heat tortillas in a dry pan. Make them soft and flexible. This helps folding without breaking.

Layer First Tortilla

  • Place one tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce evenly across it.

Add Beef Filling

  • Add cooked beef on top of cheese. Spread it evenly so every bite has flavor.

Add Fresh Toppings

  • Add lettuce and tomatoes over beef. This gives a fresh crunch and balance.

Add Shredded Cheese

  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. It melts and makes the stacker extra gooey.

Add Second Tortilla

  • Place another tortilla over the filling. Press gently so everything sticks together.

Cook Until Crispy

  • Place stacker in a pan and cook both sides. Heat until golden and slightly crispy.

Slice and Serve

  • Cut into halves or quarters. Serve warm with sour cream on top.

Notes

  • Add jalapeƱos for spicy flavor
  • Use chicken instead of beef
  • Add extra cheese for creaminess
  • Try whole wheat tortillas for healthier option
  • Add salsa for extra freshness
