Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise – ½ cup
  • Nacho cheese sauce – ¼ cup
  • Hot sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Chili powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper – ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Onion powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Lime juice – 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Prepare the Base

  • Take a clean mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise and nacho cheese sauce. Mix them slowly using a whisk or spoon. Keep mixing until the texture looks smooth and creamy without any lumps or thick patches.

Add the Spices

  • Now add chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well so every spice blends into the creamy base. This step gives the sauce its bold flavor and signature heat.

Add Heat and Tang

  • Pour in the hot sauce and fresh lime juice. Stir everything together gently. Taste the mixture and adjust heat if needed. Add more cayenne if you want it spicier.

Mix Until Smooth

  • Keep mixing for another minute. Make sure all ingredients combine evenly. The sauce should look silky, creamy, and slightly orange in color. No dry spice should be visible.

Chill Before Serving

  • Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This helps flavors blend better. Serve cold or slightly cool for the best taste experience.

Notes

  • Use fresh lime juice for better flavor
  • Adjust spice level based on your taste
  • Add smoked paprika for a smoky twist
  • Use Greek yogurt instead of mayo for lighter version
  • Mix in crushed red chili flakes for extra heat
