  • ½ cup milk or cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
  • ¼ cup chopped spinach
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon or ham optional
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare the Oven and Tray

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Lightly grease the muffin tray with oil or cooking spray. This helps the egg bites come out easily after baking without sticking.

Mix the Egg Base

  • In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk everything well until smooth and slightly frothy. This creates a light and fluffy texture.

Add Fillings

  • Add cheese, chopped vegetables, and cooked meat into the egg mixture. Stir gently so everything is evenly mixed. This step adds flavor and color to your egg bites.

Pour into Mold

  • Carefully pour the mixture into the muffin tray. Fill each section about three-quarters full. Do not overfill because the eggs will rise while baking.

Bake the Egg Bites

Cool and Remove
