Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana ripe and medium size
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • ½ cup yogurt optional for creaminess

Instructions
 

Prepare the Fruits

  • Wash all fresh fruits carefully under cold water. Remove stems from strawberries. Peel the banana and cut it into small slices. If using frozen fruits, take them out and let them sit for a few minutes to soften slightly.

Add Fruits to Blender

  • Place strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and banana into the blender. Make sure the fruits are evenly spread. This helps the blender mix everything smoothly without leaving large chunks behind.

Pour in the Juices

  • Add apple juice and orange juice into the blender. These juices give the drink its sweet and tangy base. They also help blend the fruits into a smooth and drinkable texture.

Add Ice and Optional Ingredients

  • Add ice cubes into the blender for a cold and refreshing taste. You can also add honey for extra sweetness. Yogurt can be added if you want a creamy smoothie style drink.

Blend Until Smooth

  • Blend everything on high speed for about 30 to 60 seconds. Stop and check the texture. Blend again if needed until the drink becomes smooth and thick without fruit chunks.

Taste and Adjust

  • Taste the smoothie carefully. Add more honey if you like it sweeter. You can also add more juice if you want a thinner consistency. Blend again for a few seconds after adjusting.

Pour and Serve

  • Pour the smoothie into tall glasses. Use a spoon to make sure every drop is served. Add a straw for easy drinking. Serve immediately while it is cold and fresh.
