  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 packet yeast 2 1/4 teaspoons
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Instructions
 

Activate the Yeast

  • Warm the milk slightly until lukewarm. Add sugar and yeast into the milk. Stir gently and let it rest for ten minutes. The mixture should become foamy and active.

Make the Dough

  • In a large bowl, add flour, salt, egg, melted butter, and yeast mixture. Mix everything slowly until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough for about ten minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let the Dough Rise

  • Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl. Cover it with a clean cloth. Let it rise for one hour until it doubles in size. Keep it in a warm place.

Prepare the Filling

  • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Spread softened butter on a flat surface. This creates the sweet filling for your rolls.

Roll the Dough
