Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh watermelon seedless, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar optional
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup water if needed

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon

  • Cut fresh watermelon into small cubes. Remove all seeds carefully. Make sure it is juicy and ripe for best flavor.

Blend the Mixture

  • Add watermelon, honey, lime juice, lemon juice, and salt into a blender. Blend until smooth and liquid-like.

Adjust Texture

  • If the mixture is too thick, add a little water. Blend again until everything is fully smooth and pourable.

Taste Check

  • Taste the mixture carefully. Add more honey if you want it sweeter. Adjust lime juice for extra freshness.

Pour Into Container

  • Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Do not overfill. Leave a little space at the top.

Freeze Overnight

  • Place the container in the freezer. Freeze for at least 24 hours. Make sure it is completely solid before using.

Process in Ninja Creami

  • Remove from freezer and place in Ninja Creami machine. Select sorbet setting. Let it spin until creamy and smooth.

Re-spin if Needed

  • If texture is crumbly, use the re-spin option. This makes the sorbet softer and creamier.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Scoop into a bowl and serve immediately. Enjoy your cold, fresh watermelon sorbet.

Notes

  • Use very ripe watermelon for natural sweetness
  • Add mint leaves for fresh flavor
  • Replace honey with agave syrup
  • Add strawberries for mixed fruit sorbet
  • Freeze in small portions for faster spinning
