Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup mixed berries frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Granola
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds

Instructions
 

Prepare Fruits

  • Peel banana and freeze it ahead of time. Use frozen berries for best thick texture.

Blend Ingredients

  • Add banana, berries, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla into blender. Blend until smooth.

Check Consistency

  • Make sure mixture is thick like soft ice cream. Add less milk for thicker texture.

Pour into Container

  • Transfer mixture into Ninja Creami pint container. Do not overfill. Leave space at top.

Freeze Overnight

  • Place container in freezer for 24 hours. It must be fully solid before processing.

Process in Ninja Creami

  • Remove frozen pint and place in machine. Select smoothie bowl or ice cream mode.

Re-spin if Needed

  • If texture is crumbly, use re-spin option. This makes it creamy and smooth.

Scoop into Bowl

  • Scoop thick mixture into serving bowl. It should look like soft ice cream.

Add Toppings
