Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ripe mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Prepare Mangoes

  • Peel fresh mangoes and cut them into small chunks. Use ripe mangoes for the best natural sweetness.

Blend Ingredients

  • Add mango chunks, water, sugar and lemon juice into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Check Texture

  • Make sure mixture is completely smooth without chunks. It should look like thick juice.

Pour into Container

  • Transfer blended mixture into Ninja Creami pint container. Do not overfill it.

Freeze Overnight

  • Place container in freezer for at least 24 hours. The mixture must be fully solid.

Process in Machine

  • Remove frozen pint and place it into Ninja Creami machine. Select sorbet mode and spin.

Re-spin if Needed

  • If texture is crumbly, use re-spin option. This makes it smooth and creamy.

Adjust Sweetness

  • Taste sorbet and add more honey if needed. Mix again if required.

Serve Immediately
