Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Juice the Lemons

  • Cut fresh lemons and squeeze out the juice. Remove seeds before using the juice.

Mix the Base

  • In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, water, sugar, honey, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.

Stir Well

  • Mix everything until sugar dissolves fully. The liquid should taste balanced and smooth.

Fill the Container

  • Pour the lemon mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container carefully.

Freeze Overnight

  • Place the container in the freezer for at least 24 hours until completely solid.

Process in Ninja Creami

  • Insert frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine. Choose the sorbet setting.

Re-Spin if Needed

  • If texture looks crumbly, use the re-spin function once for smoother sorbet.

Taste and Adjust
