  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: crushed graham crackers for topping

Instructions
 

Mix the Base Ingredients

  • Take a mixing bowl and add milk, protein powder, Greek yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Whisk everything until smooth. Make sure there are no lumps left for a creamy texture later.

Taste and Adjust Sweetness

  • Taste the mixture carefully before freezing. If it feels too tangy, add a little more honey or sweetener. If it feels too sweet, add a few drops of lime juice. Balance is important for perfect flavor.

Freeze the Mixture
