Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

Prepare Pineapple

  • Cut fresh pineapple into small chunks. You can also use frozen pineapple for a thicker texture.

Blend Ingredients

  • Add pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut milk, sugar, and lemon juice into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Check Smoothness

  • Make sure the mixture is fully smooth with no chunks. It should look like thick juice.

Fill Container

  • Pour mixture into Ninja Creami pint container. Leave some space at the top.

Freeze Overnight

  • Place container in freezer for at least 24 hours. It must be completely solid.

Process in Machine

  • Remove frozen pint and place it into Ninja Creami machine. Select sorbet or ice cream mode.

Re-spin if Needed

  • If texture looks crumbly, use re-spin function. This makes it creamy and soft.

Adjust Flavor

  • Taste and add more pineapple juice if needed. Mix again if required.
