  • 1 cup milk low-fat or almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons butterscotch syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum optional for creaminess
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Mix the Base

  • Take a mixing bowl. Add milk, protein powder, butterscotch syrup, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk everything until smooth and well combined.

Blend for Smooth Texture

  • If needed, use a blender. Blend the mixture for a few seconds. This helps remove lumps and creates a creamy ice cream base.

Pour into Container
