Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Prepare the Bananas

  • Peel ripe bananas and cut them into small pieces. Make sure they are soft and sweet. Overripe bananas work best for natural sweetness and creamy texture.

Blend the Mixture
