Ingredients
  

  • 1 large sub roll
  • 3 slices salami
  • 3 slices ham
  • 3 slices pepperoni
  • 3 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 2 tablespoons banana peppers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Bread

  • Slice the sub roll carefully. Do not cut all the way through.

Add Oil and Vinegar

  • Mix olive oil and vinegar in a small bowl. Drizzle inside the bread.

Season the Bread

  • Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper evenly inside the roll.

Layer the Meats

  • Add salami, ham, and pepperoni inside the sandwich evenly.

Add Cheese

  • Place provolone cheese slices over the meats for rich flavor.

Add Vegetables

  • Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and banana peppers.

Press Lightly
