Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet yeast 2 1/4 teaspoons
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

Activate Yeast

  • Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy and active.

Mix Dough

  • Add flour, salt, and olive oil into the yeast mixture. Mix until dough starts forming.

Knead Dough

  • Knead dough on a clean surface for 8–10 minutes. It should become smooth and elastic.

First Rise

  • Place dough in a bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.

Shape Rolls

  • Punch down dough and divide into equal pieces. Shape them into long sandwich rolls.

Second Rise

  • Place rolls on baking tray. Cover and let them rise for 20–30 minutes.

Preheat Oven

  • Heat oven to 375°F or 190°C. Make sure oven is fully preheated.

Bake Bread

  • Bake rolls for 18–22 minutes until golden brown on top.

Cool Down

  • Remove from oven and let cool on rack before slicing.
