- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 100 g cold butter
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 250 g ground beef
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon oil
Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and turmeric powder. Add cold butter and rub it into the flour until crumbly. Slowly add cold water and form a soft dough. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
