Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Hershey’s chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate for topping
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cream Base

  • In a mixing bowl, add heavy cream and whip until soft peaks form. The cream should look light and fluffy. This is the base of your ice cream.

Add Sweet Milk

  • Slowly add sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream. Mix gently using a spatula. Do not overmix or the cream may lose its fluffiness.

Add Vanilla Flavor

  • Add vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir lightly until fully combined. This gives a smooth and sweet aroma to the ice cream base.

Prepare Chocolate Layer

  • In a small saucepan, mix Hershey’s chocolate syrup, milk, and butter. Heat on low flame until smooth. Let it cool before using.

Layer the Ice Cream

  • Take a freezer-safe dish. Add a layer of cream mixture. Then add crushed graham crackers. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top. Repeat layers until full.

Freeze the Mixture

  • Cover the dish tightly. Place it in the freezer for at least 6 to 8 hours. This helps the ice cream set properly.

Add Chocolate Topping

  • Before serving, melt chocolate slightly. Drizzle it over the frozen ice cream. It will create a rich chocolate shell effect.
