  • 1 tablespoon vodka optional

Instructions
 

Boil the Pasta

  • Cook linguine in salted water until soft but firm. Drain and set aside.

Heat the Pan

  • Add olive oil to a large frying pan. Heat it over medium flame.

Cook Onion and Garlic

  • Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until soft and slightly golden.
