Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Set your oven to 180°C or 350°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with oil or butter.

Cook the Beef

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and cook until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Season the Meat

  • Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well. Cook for a few more minutes to blend flavors.

Prepare the Sauce

  • In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with milk. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Combine Meat and Sauce

  • Add cooked beef mixture into the sauce. Stir everything together until fully combined.

Add to Baking Dish

  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Spread it evenly with a spoon.

Add Cheese Layer

  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the meat layer. Make sure it covers the surface well.

Arrange Tater Tots

  • Place frozen tater tots on top in a single layer. Cover the entire dish evenly.

  • Place the dish in the oven. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until tater tots are golden and crispy.
