Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pasta penne or fusilli
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta

  • Boil water in a large pot. Add salt and pasta. Cook until soft but firm. Drain and let it cool.

Cook the Bacon

  • Place bacon in a frying pan. Cook until crispy and brown. Remove and chop into small pieces.

Prepare Chicken

  • Use cooked chicken or leftover chicken. Shred it into small bite-sized pieces.

Make Dressing

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Mix Pasta Base

  • Add cooled pasta into a large bowl. This will be the base of your salad.

Add Ingredients

  • Add chicken, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese into the pasta bowl.

Add Dressing

  • Pour creamy dressing over everything. Mix gently so all ingredients are coated well.

Chill Salad
