Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

Cook the Bacon

  • Place bacon strips in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook until crispy and golden brown. Remove from pan and place on paper towel to drain excess oil.

Prepare the Eggs

  • In a bowl, crack eggs and add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk well until fully mixed and slightly fluffy.

Cook the Eggs

  • Heat butter in the pan. Pour egg mixture into the pan. Stir gently and cook until soft and creamy.

Chop the Bacon

  • Cut cooked bacon into small pieces. This makes it easy to mix inside the burrito.

Warm the Tortillas

  • Heat tortillas in a pan or microwave for a few seconds. This makes them soft and easy to roll.

Add the Filling

  • Place eggs in the center of each tortilla. Add bacon pieces and sprinkle cheese on top.

Fold the Burrito

  • Fold sides inward and roll tightly from bottom to top. Make sure filling stays inside.
  • Toast the Burrito
  • Place rolled burrito back in pan. Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until slightly crispy.

Serve Hot

  • Remove from pan and serve warm. Enjoy the cheesy and savory flavor.

Notes

  • Add sautéed onions or peppers for extra flavor
  • Use turkey bacon for lighter option
  • Add hot sauce for spice
  • Use whole wheat tortillas for healthier version
  • Add avocado slices for creamy texture
