Ingredients
  

  • 6 small tortillas corn or flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder optional

Instructions
 

Cut the Tortillas

  • Place tortillas on a cutting board. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut them into triangles. Try to make equal sizes so they cook evenly in the air fryer.

Add Oil and Seasoning

  • Put tortilla pieces into a bowl. Drizzle olive oil over them. Add salt and optional spices. Mix well so each piece is lightly coated.

Preheat the Air Fryer

  • Turn on the air fryer and preheat it to 180°C. This step helps the chips cook quickly and evenly.

Arrange in Basket

  • Place tortilla pieces in the air fryer basket. Spread them in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the basket to ensure even cooking.

Cook the Chips

  • Air fry the chips for 6–8 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through cooking. This helps all sides become crispy and golden.

Check Crispiness

  • After cooking, check the chips. They should be golden and crunchy. If needed, cook for 1–2 more minutes.

Cool the Chips

  • Remove the chips from the air fryer. Let them cool for a few minutes. They will become even crispier as they cool.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Place chips on a plate and serve. Enjoy them with your favorite dip or salsa.
